Tea Time


Get out your favorite books, brew a pot of tea & enjoy these delicious Baking Soda Biscuits


Baking Soda Biscuits

2 cups flours

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cream of tartar

1 pinch salt

3 tbsp organic shortening

1 cup buttermilk


Mix ingredients together to form dough

Place dough on floured surface

Pat dough about 1/2 inch thick

Cut into rounds with biscuit cutter or glass cup

Bake on baking sheet for 8 minutes

Enjoy warm with honey

Home Spa Menu


Create an all-natural spa menu to enjoy in the comfort of your own home

"A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset".


Strawberry Smoothie

1 1/2 cups almond milk

10 oz. frozen strawberries

2 sliced bananas

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tbsp. flaxseed

Blend all together until smooth


Spa Water

1 cucumber sliced

1 lemon sliced

1 apple sliced

water

Add together in a large pitcher and chill for 1 hour


Rainbow Kabobs

12 slices, chucks or pieces of your favorite fruit

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup all-natural rainbow sprinkles

12 small skewers

Thread the fruit onto each skewer

Mix yogurt and sprinkles for dipping



Banana Graham Crackers

graham crackers

chocolate spread or peanut butter

sliced bananas

Spread chocolate or peanut butter over crackers and top with bananas



Prepare your snacks and drinks and enjoy while reading a book, after a workout, during a DIY home spa day or for a fun picnic outside with your kids!
