Learn how to soothe two common skin ailments.


Eczema Relief


My daughter has struggled with winter eczema for years

We finally found relief


Chamomile


We steep a chamomile tea bag in hot water for a few minutes then remove the tea bag from the water and allow it to cool for 15 minutes.

Next, we apply the tea bag to the affected skin & cover with a clean towel. Let sit for up to an hour.

If this is for a child who will not sit long enough to keep the tea bag in place, you may add several tea bags to bath water and allow your child to bathe in the warm water.


Burn Relief


Black tea


Make a compress by steeping a tea bag in hot water and allow to cool for 15 minutes.

Apply tea bag to affected skin & cover with a clean towel. Let sit for up to an hour.
